Separate daylight from ultraviolet exposure

Keep the comparison intact: it studied sunscreen-use patterns, not unlimited sun exposure, all possible products, or a program to improve mood. Make outdoor time workable
WHO recommends shade, protective clothing, a hat, UV-protective eyewear, and sunscreen for exposed skin. Sunscreen should complement those measures, not be used to prolong time in strong sun. Choose outdoor activities that fit your routine and access needs, and check local UV information rather than relying only on how hot it feels.
